As part of our ongoing development here at City, we want to know what you think of the service we provide across our outlets, with this in mind we’ve launched the Mystery Shopper Experience. This is open to anyone within City, University of London or Cass Business School and its requires the individual to pick an outlet and carry out a mini audit anonymously then send it back to us. Once we receive the feedback we will look to make the changes needed and in return you’ll be compensated for your time.
